[Openstack-docs] Integrating Ask OpenStack in docs

Yes, these and other down sides:

Disqus is proprietary software.
Disqus terms of service definitely spook off open source contributors who
tend to have a higher concern around data sharing, ads. [1]
Disqus automatically changed settings last year to monetization settings
which I had to manually change for each site ID.
Disqus RSS feed is no longer available without a login.

I do have implementation requests for the replacement.
- Can you embed code snippets?
- Does it provide spam/robot protection?
- Can we "bulk close" or expire threads that are opened at a specific point
in time? For example, closing all moderation and asking on the Diablo or
Folsom releases.
- Can we have RSS notification, text notification, email notifications when
a new thread is started, when one gets a reply, for an entire book?
- Can notifications be controlled by group or by individual users only?
- Will the mobile user experience be supported?
- Can we have analytics reports available on which pages are generating the
most questions, hotly debated, what time of day do they occur, how long
does it take for someone to respond?
- Will we be able to moderate the threads by closing down a thread or
deleting a reply completely?

Very eager to replace Disqus, but need to determine minimum viable system
replacement as well. There's no topic for this at the Summit, but we could
fit it in as needed if you're there, Evgeny, just let us know.
Thanks!
Anne
