[Openstack-docs] Coordination for backports for havana

Hi Andreas:

I'm a little confused. I thought the entries on the list would point to the
original commits to master, and as these got submitted to stable/havana,
they'd get removed. But looking at the entries, they all seem to port to
backports that have already been done to stable/havana.
