Open Stack

Hi Summer and all,
Summer, send me the Google identity you want to use for the hangout. I only
have one that I use for "Plus" purposes. If you don't have one, that's okay
too, you can use the "On Air" URL that I will publish.

I don't see a way to create a URL ahead of time like you would with a
webinar, so it'll have to be right before the meeting time.
