Hi, Akihiro

Do you have any feedback from Transifex about this bug?

If nobody opposes, I'm going to change my script to
1. when generating POT, use "%" instead of '%';
2. when generating DocBook from PO files, replace "%" with %.

Surely this change will hurt the performance.
But we have to tolerate before we have better solution.
