[Openstack-docs] typo in the parameters ?

Hi Eduard,
If you can, raising any document bug or issue here would be fantastic.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals

I just confirmed that in Grizzly, it looks like both --user-id and 
--user work as options (this goes for roles and tenants as well). So in 
this case, the software help probably needs to be updated.
