Open Stack

Hi Deepti,
The source for the OpenStack User Guide is in the openstack-manuals
repository, in
https://github.com/openstack/openstack-manuals/tree/master/doc/src/docbkx/openstack-user.
It's not published anywhere yet as Diane Fleming is still working on the
auth sections including adding keyring.

Feel free to work on it but check with Diane on which sections still need
work.
