[Openstack-docs] Basic install guide: No more Debian?

The guide does mention debian -
http://docs.openstack.org/grizzly/basic-install/apt/content/basic-install_c
ompute.html

but it looks kind of screwed up.

I think a bug would be in order - to fix the debian references in that
book.
