The build doesn't currently break with CAL tables (which is how I got 
sucked in), they just don't work in PDF.

But, David, you're saying that HTML and CAL tables look completely 
different (not just wrong, as with PDF)? Then I apologize, the 
validation script should just break with CALS, to be consistent in the 
doc layout. Or?
