I've seen several times in the last days that Jenkins thought it run
into a timeout - while the job was still running. Currently, the full
openstack-manuals job needs at least 26 minutes and has a timeout of 30
mins.
Could somebody increase the timeout from 30mins to a larger value,
please? I propose to go for 40.
The alternative would be to find ways to speed up the building of the
manuals. Increasing the Jenkins timeout seems to me the short-term solution.
