Open Stack

Hi all,
The Grizzly docs are now released and the stable/grizzly branch is
available for openstack-manuals.

To give you more details on what this means, I offer a list:

* docs.openstack.org/developer/ docs release concurrently with code
releases (Apr 4, 2013)
* docs.openstack.org/run and docs.openstack.org/install release once
packages are available and installation tested (Apr 30, 2013)
* docs.openstack.org/ops remains a Folsom document
* These documents do not track with releases:
  - CLI
  - Glossary
  - High Availability
* api.openstack.org does not build from a stable branch

>From here on, you can backport changes to the stable/grizzly branch if they
affect the Grizzly release only.

Many thanks and gratitude to everyone who made this happen! Let's keep an
eye on the comments and squash any doc bugs that are found.
