[Openstack-docs] New Disqus look, doc comments

Hi Razique -
As far as I can tell, you can subscribe to RSS feeds for each of these
"shortnames" with this pattern:
http://openstackdocs.disqus.com/latest.rss
http://os-install-yum.disqus.com/latest.rss
http://os-install-apt.disqus.com/latest.rss

and so on. But better yet for notifications is to become a moderator - sign
up at http://disqus.com/profile/signup/ and send me the email address and
I'll add you as moderator. Then we can also have doc-core members add other
moderators as they see fit. Once you are a moderator you can add others.
