Most of the meeting discussions are summarized in this email. What we completed this week: ========================= * Changed new release cadence terminology from tick-tock to "SLURP" [2][3]. 3. Activities In progress: ================== TC Tracker for Zed cycle ------------------------------ * Zed tracker etherpad includes the TC working items[4], we have started the many items. Open Reviews ----------------- * Seven open reviews for ongoing activities[5]. Change OpenStack release naming policy proposal ----------------------------------------------------------- As the next step, we will have a voice call to figure out how to use the number/name in our development cycle/tooling. Meeting detail is shared in ML[6] New release cadence "SLURP" open items -------------------------------------------------- 1. release notes strategy: Brian will be proposing the agreed approach for release notes for the "SLURP" releases. Improve project governance --------------------------------- Slawek has the proposal the framework up and it is under review[7]. New ELK service dashboard: e-r service ----------------------------------------------- Not much update in this than last week. TripleO team and dpawlik are working on the e-r repo merge and hosting part. Consistent and Secure Default RBAC ------------------------------------------- We will have our next call on May 24[8], feel free to add the topic you would like to discuss in etherpad[9]. We will try to cover the heat topic if there is feedback on Takashi sent an email asking the feedback about the 'split stack' approach[10] 2021 User Survey TC Question Analysis ----------------------------------------------- No update on this. The survey summary is up for review[11]. Feel free to check and provide feedback. Zed cycle Leaderless projects ---------------------------------- No updates on this. Only Adjutant project is leaderless/maintainer-less. We will check Adjutant's the situation again on ML and hope Braden will be ready with their company side permission[12]. Fixing Zuul config error ---------------------------- Requesting projects with zuul config error to look into those and fix them which should not take much time[13][14].
