As promised last week and since there were no further comments the proposal to move tripleo stable/victoria to EOL is at [1]. Before we can move ahead with that, we first need to get folks to stop posting patches against stable/victoria. So we should give some time to get any final patches merged (links to all the repos/gerrit open reviews at [2] for reference) and then we can re-spin [1] to pick up those final commits .
