[ironic] kickstart/iso configuration

An ISO file? Could you provide updated insight into your instance_info
settings which are being passed?

I ask because direct ISO booting with the "anaconda" deploy interface
is not something which exists. ISO booting is reserved for virtual
media and the "ramdisk" deployment interface.
