Hello Fellow OpenStackers,

The Masakari team is proud to announce that the legacy Masakari client
is no more!
It has been deprecated since Stein and was less featureful than the
OpenStack client plugin that was fully supported for a long time.
The OSC plugin is also entirely based on OpenStack SDK.
All Masakari client parts are available there.

(This applies to Wallaby [version 7.0.0] and later.)
