Hello Cinder community members,

At the R-9 mid-cycle yesterday, Eric pointed out that we have a bunch of 
XS reviews piling up that we should be able to knock out fairly quickly, 
and either Alan or Jay suggested that we steal the "review jam" idea 
from the ironic team.  So we will hold a Cinder Festival of XS Reviews 
on Friday next week.
