[tc] Presence at OpenDev Vancouver in June

Not sure what are the benefits on combining UC and TC.

I think the real issue is that as community shrunk from several years back,
we need to adjust what UC , TC and overall community can deliver.
Adjusting the scope.

But UC and TC are engaged in governing different activities.
And while two Cs are part of larger openstack community as the whole, and many folks work in both U and T communities of openstack they do have different goals and represent different aspects of overall openstack community.

I think reducing C sizes, and deliverables makes sense, why they should be combined still eludes me.
Do agree that hardwiring UC size into bylaws was a mistake.

I am filling the survey for the room booking during the OpenDev summit
in Vancouver. Do you already know if you will attend, this way we have
a first guesstimate of the attendance?

Can you answer it here by Thursday, please?

FYI: I thought of booking for min 1.5 days, maximum time 2 days, as
last time we finished the marathon in two days.

For the room format, I like the roundtable (was wondering to add extra
seats next to the roundtable for people joining), however it's only
around 10 persons per table, which won't be enough for us all if
everyone attends.
