Open Stack

Would be good to get a volunteer or two from the other regions so that we
can get planning since the release is fast approaching!

If people aren't interested in helping out, its going to be harder to get
the tz coverage and I might only do a North/South America tz based event
and hopefully people can join. I don't really have the bandwidth right now
to do three of them.
