Open Stack

Hello list,

During 2018 magnum's repos became more active with notable
contributions, in alphabetical order, from Blizzard, Catalyst Cloud
and StackHPC. At the same time part of the core reviewers group
was  inactive. Adrian Otto, Eli Qiao, Jaycen Grant, Madhuri Kumari
and Ton Ngo have agreed to step down and make room for new
contributors.

Thank you for all your contributions!

I would like to encourage current core reviewers to participate in the
project. Let's evaluate the status of the core team in three months
(end of March 2019).
