OpenStack Summit Berlin Videos Now Available

In Berlin, in rooms where we had a full view of the screen, we didn't do
a second screen for slides only. As mentioned, presenters can upload
their slides to help with that.

For places like the Marketplace demo theater where we had a smaller
screen format, we added the view of both presenter and slide:
https://www.openstack.org/videos/berlin-2018/how-to-avoid-vendor-lock-in-in-a-multi-cloud-world-with-zenko

We're looking at ways to improve both formats in Denver, so I'd say
stand by. If there is a presentation that you feel is too difficult to
follow, we can reach out to those presenters and encourage them again to
upload their slides.
