Hi Chris,
I can probably help on proof-reading and making some contents on the
openstack-helm part.
As Pete pointed out, LOCI and OpenStack-Helm (OSH) are agnostic to each
other. OSH is working well with both kolla image and loci image.
IMHO, following categorization might be better to capture the nature of
these project. Just suggestion.

* Loci
* Container-based deployment tools for installing and managing OpenStack
* Kolla-Ansible
* OpenStack Helm
