Welcome back to our regular release countdown email. Now that the PTG is over,
we will send regular weekly countdown emails.

Development Focus
-----------------

Hopefully the PTG last week gave everyone a jump start on Queens development.
We are only four weeks out from Queens-1. Team focus should be on spec approval
and implementation for priority features.

General Information
-------------------

All PTL's should have received an email from me with an overview of the release
plan for Queens. Please contact me via email or on IRC if you have any questions
about it or missed it.

Teams should review their release liaison information and make sure it is up to
date [1].

While reviewing liaisons, this would also be a good time to make sure your
declared release model matches the project's plans for Queens (e.g. [2]). This
should be done prior to the first milestone and can be done by proposing a
change to the Queens deliverable file for the project(s) affected [3].
