Open Stack

The manila driver for hdfs back end has no current maintainer but runs
as a non-voting job in the check queue and has been failing 100% of the
time for several months.

We propose to remove it from the check queue via

if there are no objections registered by Monday, November 13.  The job
will remain defined for use in the devstack-hdfs-plugin as long as that
repo remains.

If you have a reason not to do this, please vote in the review with an
explanation.  Best explanation would be that you want to take ownership
of the driver and have a fix in mind!
