the keystone team is migrating these existing API sites from the api-site
repo to the keystone repo.

This is a great first step, but unfortunately the existing API sites were
out-of-date. The single source of truth is in our specs repo, which will
redirect to the API site once they are at parity.

I brought up the possibility of an API ref sprint at the keystone meeting
today, the purpose of which would be to fill the holes that are missing
from the migration. Some folks were interested in helping out, if you're
interested, add your name to the etherpad below. I would like to have at
least 5 folks before confirming the event. It would be a two day, all day
event, just log on during your local hours. We can create a google hangout
for all the participants too.

I'm thinking July 13th and 14th right now, it's right before our midcycle
and doesn't conflict with our weekly keystone meeting. Etherpad:
