Open Stack

Oslo team,

I am nominating Brant Knudson for Oslo core.

As liaison from the Keystone team Brant has participated in meetings,
summit sessions, and other discussions at a level higher than some
of our own core team members.  He is already core on oslo.policy
and oslo.cache, and given his track record I am confident that he would
make a good addition to the team.
