Today's gate firedrill #2 is the fact that in the last 12 hours heat's
functional tests went to 100% failure - http://goo.gl/YeVrD0

There are current 14 heat changes in the gate, each will add 30 - 40
minutes of delay as they fail and reset things behind them. So 7 - 10
hours of gate delay for everyone because of these patches.

Could heat team members get engaged and get to the bottom of this one?
