Just clarifying because -ENOTENOUGHCOFFEE

So in the Gerrit UI under (https://review.openstack.org/)
Settings -> Preferences -> Change view,  I have 3 options
 * Server Default (Old Screen)
 * Old Screen
 * New screen

I assume that 'Old Screen' == CS and 'New Screen' == CS2.
