Here is report for current bugs status. Let me focus on python and library defects in this report. We have stable income of high priority bugs. It is about 10 bugs/week. And we have greater outcome. By the beginning of Friday, 13th we had only 5 unassigned bugs in python and all of them are tricky. And we had 0 unassigned bugs in library. Here is the list of unassigned bugs: https://launchpad.net/bugs/1461562 - really crazy astute stuff https://launchpad.net/bugs/1504572 - we have a discussion in e-mail and looks like we have an agreement here https://launchpad.net/bugs/1506008 - maybe it can be fixed in the scope of lifecycle story? https://launchpad.net/bugs/1506112 - another symlinks issue with our remote logging https://launchpad.net/bugs/1508807 - one more case when astute doesn’t see puppet failure My team will be grateful for triaging and hints. Actually, this is a good point. At the beginning of Friday 13th we had all other high priority bugs assigned. And assignees confirmed that they are able to deliver fix in 8.0 timeframe. This doesn’t include bugs for 8.0 features, I’ll talk about it little bit later. On Friday 13th we’ve got 4 new high priority bug reports in library, 1 bug was moved to library from neutron team and we’ve got 4 high priority bug reports in python. And only one python bug of them is a regression. Lovely day. Now let’s talk about regressions and bugs for 8.0 features. We still have getting more bugs than we fix. We have 8 open bugs for upgrades story, 6 open bugs in network templates and nodegroups and 7 regressions caused by new patches. Numbers are manageable but trend doesn’t look good. By the way, we have 7 high priority bugs in UI (not counted on my charts) and this number is going up. In average we are getting about 3 invalid high priority bug reports per week. Looks like situation with swarm blockers is under control. We have 2 blockers in progress, 1 assigned and 1 incomplete. We still have huge number of medium and low priority bugs. You can see stable positive trend. But it is slow and we’ll not be able to fix all medium bugs by SCF time. Let me finish my report with raw data in the same format as I used last week.
