A quick reminder for Glance cores to check if the 'Author' changes
between patch sets.

When someone other than the original submitter uploads a new patch set
they should, if appropriate, add themselves as a co-author rather than
replace the original patch author. (It's the 'Author' rather than the
'Owner' that will get listed in git log etc after the patch merges.)
