Turns out we already have the best set of times, based on who responded.

Only one person said no to both of the current times, but they didn't
leave their name. Apologies to that person.

Moving the 2100UTC one hour later would mean I could attend all the
time, all be it when half asleep, but it would really screw over most
other folks, so lets not do that.
