I want to get the ball rolling on this ASAP so, I've started on this as
well and will be updating the etherpad accordingly. I'm also keen to get
W.I.P./P.O.C. patches to go along with it. I'll notify on the mailing
list (and direct so you don't miss it ;)) as soon as I've completed a
reasonable first swipe through the spec (which should be in the next day
or so).
