Just as a general advice. We did the above for Zaqar during Juno and
in my opinion it was the right call. It allowed the team to keep their
focus on what they were working on without the "election
preasure/distraction".

I'm aware it may be quite different for triple-o since the community
is bigger than Zaqar's.
