All packaging issues have been addressed. Our only Puppet blocker is in
puppet-manila: https://review.openstack.org/212680

Once all CI jobs (specially beaker) are positive on
https://review.openstack.org/#/q/status:open+branch:master+topic:puppet/acceptance-liberty,n,z
- we can think at moving our CI forward to Liberty. Please take a lot at
all these patches if we want to make progress.

Kudos to ubuntu/fedora packagers for their help!
