[openstack-dev] [puppet] Liberty support in Puppet modules: blocked by packaging

I made progress today: I tested Liberty with our all Puppet modules that
have acceptance tests, using RDO trunk (centos) and Liberty Staging
(trusty).
This is the status of the patches:

I'm working closely with Packaging maintainers, and I don't see huge
blockers. We can probably think having something usable in one week or so.
