As a follow up to this thought - we _may_ be in a place over the next
cycle where Infra would be in a position to accept systems from
operators or others. Up until now we've only been in a position really
to deal with public clouds - but we're taking a stab at something new
and if it works out, it should open the door to taking advantage of
offers like this - which I agree will be a good thing for the project.
