Open Stack

If UCA is required, what would be the upgrade path for a currently running OpenStack Havana site to Icehouse with this requirement ?

Would it be an online upgrade (i.e. what order to upgrade the different components in order to keep things running at all times) ?

I agree, if UCA is not very stable ATM, this os going to cause us more pain, but what would be the plan of action? a non-voting gate for ceilometer as a start ? (if that's possible).
