Ah, awesome. So - reading through that, I don't see any captured
discussion of changing our defaults to match what folk are doing
(though there is discussion about perhaps folk logging @ debug
*because* our code is not effective by default.

Tom - what would be the best way to actually get a sample of folks
logging level&filter configs? I'd want to see a cross section of
public/large clouds run by dev/ops teams, + folk who are running boxed
products (e.g. RackSpace private cloud) + any other deployment
segments you might be aware of.
