Hi Thomas,

Yes, devtest is suppose to run on bleeding edge. :-)

For Fedora:
I think you are looking for this 
https://github.com/agroup/instack-undercloud
It uses packages and pre-created images.

For Debian like, I am afraid nobody started to prepare a package based 
solution.
