[openstack-dev] Future of Launchpad Answers [Community]

There's some great questions/answers in Answers. I've referred to it
on many occasions (for Swift and Nova anyway).

It seems a shame to lose search functionality (even though Google has
probably indexed it anyway). Still, it we great if we could export the
lot and import it into Ask.
