Thanks everybody. I have removed the references to Answers from the wiki
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Project_Resources.

Before we disable Answers, koolhead volunteered to copy the most 
interesting questions from there and copy them over to Ask as FAQ. Let's 
give him a few days to gather that content. Atul: I'll check back with 
you middle of next week (around the 27th) to see how this task is 
progressing.
