Open Stack

Hi folks,

Recently I've faced strange problem with devstack on Ubuntu LTS 12.04.
./stack.sh script stalls on network creation, quantum net-create never
returns response.
More detailed investigation showed that quantum-server is stuck on
connecting to amqp queue.
Moreover, any other quantum agent doing rpc negotiation with server is
stuck on amqp connection as well.

That problem appeared several days ago for no specific reason, just after
another unstack.sh/stack.sh operation.
Reinstalling/restarting rabbitmq didn't help.

Could any one give advice on how to troubleshoot this issue?
