I'd see TryStack as a separate program, with the goal of maintaining an
infrastructure that lets users play with OpenStack. That goal sounds a
bit parallel with the *development* infrastructure than the
Infrastructure "program" maintains.

Trystack would have to apply to become a program, though, since it's
repositories (if any ?) are currently NOT considered official OpenStack
stuff.
