[openstack-dev] <lambda>() Errors in Quantum/Neutron Grizzly (2013.1.2)

It will help if you can add more information about your set-up:
release version?
devstack configuration (if you are using it)
configuration files

recently, if you are using master branch this error is really weird because
we renamed all quantum references to neutron.
