Hi Salvatore!

I'm also working on some API doc bugs, mainly for the Compute API section,
but I've hot a couple (I think) for Quantum, like this one:

I don't think it's duplicated since this one seems to be a non-API-specific
bug, but more oriented to create the Netconn (Quantum) section on the API
site, which is missing.
I'm a OS Documentation intern right now, so you can count me as volunteer
#1 :P
Feel free to assign bugs to me or contact me to coordinate efforts / help
anyway I can.
