[openstack-dev] [Quantum][LBaaS] - LBaaS current state review

Hi-

With the current development in place, do you think, we can have LBaaS up
and running for a simple setup.

If so, can you kindly comment on the steps and source code checkouts
required to bring up a simple LBaaS setup.
