I know I'm probably asking the obvious, but have you confirmed
you're still logged into Gerrit with your OpenID? (Look in the
top-right corner to see whether it lists your name/E-mail or just a
link to "Sign In".) Gerrit only shows a Review button while you're
currently signed in.
