I'd be happy to do that, but either way we need to make a decision and
commit to it ASAP because
it has implications for other changesets we want to merge in H3 such as api
samples.

I'd like to suggest that we make a final decision around it at the Nova
meeting this week.

As an aside I think we also need decide exactly what we mean by the v3 API
being
"experimental" in Havana. Does it mean we might still make some backwards
incompatible changes or
just that we think the API needs more testing before we bless it. I'd like
to avoid pushing off making decisions
now just because we think the API is going to be marked experimental in
Havana
