Open Stack

Hi,
When trying to build the docs I get:

org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:jar:2.3 (): Failed to read 
artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven:maven-settings:jar:2.0.6: Could 
not transfer artifact org.apache.maven:maven-settings:pom:2.0.6 from/to 
central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Connection reset -> [Help 1]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
