[openstack-dev] Using openstack-common WSGI to build a RESTful service

Hi Adrian,

I'm making use of the wsgi.Service() and service.Launcher() classes (and
lots of the other OpenStack Common modules) combined with Flask in Moniker
(DNSaaS)[1].

This might provide an these parts at least...
