Hi All

Our OpenStack-style REST API is taking shape, which has required us to 
reshuffle our endpoint service types.

The current CloudFormation API now has the service type 'cloudformation' 
so that the REST API can have the type 'orchestration'.

This could cause breakage on your heat setup until you fix your keystone 
catalog. Git master of heat and devstack now have the endpoint changes 
required. If you run heat standalone then you will need to re-run 
heat/bin/heat-keystone-setup to switch to the new endpoint.
